Junior, Senior and Mrs are a lounge set consisting of a low and a tall armchair and a matching table suitable for large open spaces as well as small social spaces
around the office.

The intended material for the legs is oak or similar woods, with rounded edges for a timeless classic design, and upholstery with wool, which is strong and durable for long time use, with good acoustic capabilities and at the same time a self-cleaning material.

People are different, we all have different needs, some like to be seen and attract attention while others are more modest and like to withdraw from the crowd and avoid attention. With this lounge set I have considered how both needs can be fulfilled.

For the K23 Design Contest I have designed a low lounge chair for open situations where one has an overview of what is going on and a high lounge chair with an enclosing back for those who want a private conversation or just wishes to retract a bit.
To complement these chairs I have designed a table that ties them together, with similar legs and a heavy table top to match the volumes of the chairs.

Junior:
Legs in ash wood and upholstery in PU foam and wool (50% wool, 50% polyester).
