The ®SHAPES series is designed to produce LOUNGE SEATS&CHAIS LOUNGES with three basic elements: the SIDE-SHAPES, the CROSS-BARS and the SEATS. A pair of laminated wood SIDE-SHAPES fixed with metal CROSS-BARS hold a curved SEATS made of molded plastic or wood SLICES. Some models would offer MOLDED PLYWOOD and LEATHER COMPOSITES mounted on molded plywood and HD foam. ®KONECTORS and rubber borders are carefully.
The concept is to generate a single or double curved that forms tables by joining three, four or more LEG-SHAPES through a custom “universal metal joint”. [®SHAPES] are flat shapes obtained from CNC-CUTS of certified plywood in three or four layers to get laminated wood solid parts.
