eva by VALERIAN P.
French furniture-maker based in Paris.
With great respect for contemporary aesthetics and practical needs, I draw and craft wooden furnitures.
After having completed an apprenticeship in cabinet making in Berlin, I now sell my own products, focussing on:
- modern design,
- classical joinery knowledge,
- noble or saving materials and
- clever integration.
Moreover, as a professional living from trees, I claim to produce in a saving and thrifty way as much as I can.

Designed over 6 months, hand-crafted in one, the secretary is a modern view of a classic writing table.
The secretary measures 1.2m by 0.6m, and features 2 hand-crafted, dove-tail jointed drawers with hand-made full-length runners, and 2 flexible LED lightnings, fixed through hidden magnets on different spots of the table.
The secretary merges itself perfectly in contemporary small spaces, and has therefore two functions : first as a working place (with the open leaf), second as a stocking area or decorative stand, once the leaf is closed.
The table draws a line between work and leisure : once one is done with the work, he closes the leaf and forgets about it...
"Working hard vs. hardly working."
